Well, yes and no. If vinyl has a lot of scratches, they won't buy. Likewise, if cds/dvds have deep scratches or the surface is bad, my experience is they will not buy them as they are not resaleable. That is why when you take stuff in to sell, the buyer at Rasputin's looks at every item. They do not to my knowledge buy without fitst examining them.
Yes. The owner told the employees they must buy all used cd's, dvd's and vinyl records that a customer brings in. They cannot refuse.
