I believe that it is, however it is a large pool so today the water may be cold.
I don't believe it is. That said, I have swam there in cooler weather (50s/60s) and the water was great. What I would consider the Goldie Locks zone. Please know that the pool is in direct sunlight most of the day. I'm guessing this has a lot to do with it since I swim there in the late morning to late afternoon.
