The test drive was interesting as the vehicle ran out of gas. However, it turned out to be the best part as I was able to spend more time with the truck & Domenic was a very cool & level headed sales guy & shined in the moment. He made the process simple & hassle free. Great job.

The best experience I have had at a dealership in my life. Amos Marc provided excellent customer service, were transparent about pricing and what the dealership had to offer, and the process for loan application was streamlined. They have earned a customer for life. Additionally, Amos was very pleasant to deal with and immediately offered to stay after hours to accommodate my sale. New in town, Marc Anapolsky seemed to have a sixth sense and was able to detect I needed help when I came into Sheehan with my Yukon. He greeted me and enlisted the help of Alan Payson and Bosco Moscoso to put my vehicle up on the lift, take care of the small stuff and then also tap into the car computer to expertly diagnose my vehicle's needs. Felt like I was being serviced by a pit crew at the Daytona 500! Much appreciated guys. Thanks Sheehan for a great experience!

As I entered the service area I was immediately greeted with a smile and offered help. Your employee was extremely friendly and helpful and explained what was going to be done and gave me an estimate of the completion time. He also showed me where to wait for the car and made me feel very comfortable. The car was ready exactly at the time he said and my check out was very easy and pleasant. Thank you!

Respectfully, Adam, I would prefer to work with a dealership with enough integrity & respect for customer safety to own & correct their errors immediately. Yes, it sucks-out-loud to have messed up your day -- but IMHO least it wasn't a call from the hospital after an accident. ;)
