Why, during a pandemic, are you no longer requiring masks? In other words, why do you not care about the lives of your customers?

Hi Justin, we continue to strongly recommend wearing masks throughout the common areas of our facility and encourage social distancing as much as possible. Now that the City of Papillion is no longer under a mask ordinance, as a City facility, our mask requirement has also changed to a recommendation. We continue to encourage their use, our staff is still required to wear them and we continue to maintain an enhanced level of sanitation practices throughout the building.
