If I am in a homeless shelter, do I have an expectation in my room? I have been in a shelter for 4 months and have been constantly harassed by staff and roommates about being on my bed with my tee shirt and underwear on.

Its NOT your house put on some shorts at least, common decency should be common sense, staff do not need to see you in your underwear and maybe other people besides staff ARE complaining.

It's not my current roommates. It's the staff. I am in an all female room. And staff came in for someone else and I was in bed reading. No rules about it at all

Are you among members of the opposite sex? Children? Respect for others is a must when you are in a shared living quarters, regardless. Hope this helps.

What are their rules there? I can see how, if you share the space with others, how they would want you to not be in your underwear.
