Well if they have your phone number in there sustem and you paid for the warrenty then they will have that item listed on your account so you wouldnt need a recept
The stores return policy states that returns must have a receipt. Exception have been made. I'm not sure what the problem with this is. Most stores require a receipt for returns.
I brought something back without a receipt and said they can't take anything back without a receipt! I don't think i will ever go there again!
Never had a problem they didn't fix !!!
I don't know haven't had to take any thing back
