The Alibi EXPOSED, PART 2 The Alibi isn't just a mentally toxic work environment, it's physically unsafe as well. The building hasn't been renovated in decades; The ceiling tiles throughout the building consistently fall. The dressing room is a small enclosed breeding ground for bacteria. The one air vent has NEVER been cleaned; Only half of it works (when the owner is gracious enough to use it.) There are untouched softball sized dust bunnies that have been accumulating on & inside the vent for years. One of 6 outlets functions properly. I personally witnessed sparks & smoke coming from 2 outlets but the owner refused to get any electrical work done because the "girls don't need to be back there anyway." The random 2x4's that make up the counters are broken & dingy. I've witnessed multiple spider nests in crevaces & ant trails where the wall & floor meet. The dressing room has a cement floor covered by a thin layer of carpet that is shredded & unsafe in multiple areas. The original grey color of the carpet is now dark grey/brown with assorted black stains due to having never been cleaned or maintained. The Abili does not provide sanitization or cleaning supplies/services for the dressing room, nor do they have protocols for bodily fluid spills or open wounds. Due to the foul nature of the dressing room, dancers refuse to step barefoot on the carpet in order to avoid health issues like fungus, bacteria, staph infection, etc. I've worked for several clubs in my 7 years as a dancer, without a doubt The Alibi is the most toxic, unprofessional, unsanitary establishment of all. My experience was modern day slavery with a side of Stockholm Syndrome. Dancers are better off working in Medford, Bend, Eugene etc. Customers, go drink next door at The Playhouse, it's cheaper & only a 30 second walk. When you return to the Alibi grab yourself a free ice water & some $1's from the bar, sit at the stage & watch the show! The dancers WILL NOT disappoint, they are gorgeous, extremely talented & very sweet!!! Don't forget to show love to the sexy female bartenders on weekends!! SUPPORT THE FEMALES, NOT THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!

This place is an experience. We went this Saturday night. The clientele is a little questionable, the drinks are kind of expensive, and the whole place isn't quite what I would call classy. But we had a GREAT TIME! The redheaded dancer was a wonderful entertainer and the whole vibe is super relaxed. Bar, entrance fee ($5-$10), and everything is cash only. And sometimes the ATM isn't working so bring cash if you can.

Well i never have been. But upon looking over the reviews to see what ppl are saying...and i see the owner has quite the attitude and instead of professionally apologizing he mocks them. So that being said...i will take my party else where.

I saw 2 girls dance. Both beautiful. Both nice. The second dancer was more one on one friendly and good with making her admirers smile. I would return just to see her
