Go to the policy on replacement. It doesn't matter what the Employee says, Including the Store Manager, They have to Honor the guidelines given. They are employees and not the Company Owner. if it Comes down to it , go to Corporate and tell them about the situation, head's will roll. EVEN Corporate has to abide by it's own policy, and policy cannot change without proper procedure, and that don't happen overnight . Truth.
I always thought of Harbor Freight being a disposable tool shop. Use it one time and throw it away but if the laser goes out again just buy a new laser?
