No smoking rooms, but unlike most hotels these days, they have comfy couches & chairs on each side of front entrance with tables & ashtrays. I believe the way they have this set up keeps people from smoking in the rooms and prevent cigarette butt litter - very clean outside & in.
Yes, if not, then people were just smoking anyway. I think it offers smoking or non on the site.

Not sure I quit years ago. But there were always people out side on the outdoor couches smoking.
I would want to say no that you would have to step outside to smoke.
