They have a very nice indoor lap pool, kept at a comfortable temperature. There is also a smaller warm water pool for water exercise or family swim, as well as a large hot tub, individual changing rooms with baby shelves, rinse off showers, and a bathroom in the Aquatics Center, in addition to the full men's and women's locker rooms, sauna, etc across the hall. There is also a sun room next to the pool with a glass wall and ceiling and lounge chairs. Call them for an appointment for a tour, or stop by and buy a day pass! It's worth it.
