Free dessert. Really depends on the server and the general mood of the evening. I've been there and gotten the ice cream for the birthday dessert, and I've been there and had my dessert comped. But you'll get dessert for free for sure. Not sure if there's anywhere in the US that does a free birthday meal, though. I think those days have passed. :(
