OpenTable is the only way to get a reservation. If it's unavailable, it means they're fully booked. Your best bet is to walk in when they open and you'll have a very good chance of being seated. Calling won't help as they'll just tell you to show up and they'll seat you if possible.
They only answer the phones at 2pm. If it's only a party of two you should be able to just show up and be able to get in. Just don't wait until 8 o'clock..get there at 5-5:30, enjoy a cocktail in the lounge. The drinks are great.
Call them to ask if you can be squeezed in. They're pretty accommodating specially if you have an important event to celebrate. I called to celebrate an anniversary one week prior for 10 people and they actually went over and above to accommpdate. They had to call me a couple of days after to confirm. If not at all possible, you can just come as a 'walk-in' customer and wait for a table. It's not gonna be a short wait but they will give you one eventually.
We walked in pretty late and got a bar seat. Full restaurant menu, bartender waiter was awesome too.
You can walk in and put your name on the list. Wait can be from 1-2 hours. You might have luck at the bar.
Call. They are booked for the next few months. We ate at the bar
When I walk in, they typically find a way to seat us. The wait has never been long—8 minutes perhaps, once. Mostly we've been seated immediately. If you're willing to sit anywhere, then it should not be a problem at all. Our seats were always just fine, though we aren't picky.
It is probably booked. Reservations are usually 2 to 3 months out. Longer during the holidays
