Can you stop in any day or is there only scheduled events where you get to learn to make your own glass piece? Is there a cost for this?

You can just walk in there is a cost depending on what you make.It's definatly worth it had a fantastic time doing this

Thank you for the question, usually we like to "pencil" you in but sometimes we can work you in spur of the moment, or if you are willing to wait a bit. There is a cost to the "make your own" and it varies per piece. You are always more the welcome to just come in and watch at any time.

They are available during normal business hours if I remember correctly. Very helpful. You are welcome to walk around the production area as they work. Very Interactive and helpful

When I did my class, we had to have an appointment, we paid by the piece that we decided to make if I remember right, it was well worth the money

I am not sure about classes. But they will let you watch them make your piece and explain everything they are doing step by step any day. The only restriction is how busy they are and how big/involved your piece is.
