Am renting a room on Valdez lane by airport the neighbors 2or3 streets over have a live band party every month it's 11pm. How can I get the police to take any action on the noise ordinance?

The police department handles calls by priority, and unfortunately at 11pm at night a noise complaint may not land too high on that list. Specifically when you have fights, dui's, and gang shootings occurring often. I guess the next step would be to contact the planning department to file a complaint with code enforcement. Often they work with the PD to tackle code enforcement issues.
