Does anyone know if it is TRUE that Sephora just changed the return policy and if you do not have a receipt they do not process returns and you cannot even exchange the item anymore ?

I actually saw it printed in a store in Beverly Hills and couldn't believe it. If you loose the receipt and you are not a member, you are done!
