Rooms have great views of the Bay. Get a corner suite! We only stay at hotels with hot tubs, and yes they have one, but on our recent visit the pool/hot tub is closed for 2 weeks, very disappointed! The hot tub here is fairly large, but not much of a view. The bar/lounge/restaurant is nice, have a drink!

Super comfy bed and pillows, I slept so well especially with the black out shades. Good location south of Market street just have to be aware of the crazy homeless people so I didn’t go on foot at night or go anywhere alone. Right behind Westfield Mall and lots of food options. Hotel food was delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel. One morning I slept through my wake up call and someone came to my door at 5:30 am to make sure I was awake! Pool was nice too. Everyone friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Late check out 1pm! This hotel was a dream. Jacuzzi and pool open a plus. Breakfast buffet amazing. A little confusing if it comes with your room. Bed and extra pillows were awesome. Tipped everyone because everyone was so nice. Parking expensive. But felt like a celebrity with valet parking. All in all. Definitely coming back. Oh! The electronic window shades were cool and staying 29 floors up was amazing!

I loved this hotel! I would say it's almost perfect except for the parking fees. I truly enjoyed the room and the bar and breakfast restaurant. Delicious breakfast options. The pool had a little too much chlorine, so much that you could smell it on my skin for two days after. The bed in our room was super comfy and the electric shades were a very nice touch. The hotel was near shopping and restaurants. The gift shop owner was lovely and informative. All in all this was a great stay and I would definitely come back here again.

33 I believe
We have an indoor pool, and that is located on the 6th floor of the hotel
No sure
12 pm noon, but they do allow reasonably late checkout upon requests!
I didn't see any clothing stores on the hotel. There was a gift shop however.
It really depends on how busy the restaurant is and how full the hotel is that night. Typically you won't need a reservation, but there is no harm in being prepared, so if you know you are going to be dining at this restaurant on a certain date, make a reservation. It is fairly painless to do so.
You should always ask while your on the phone with intercontinental staff while booking room for your staff each room is different
They used to have a free sauna and steam room in each locker room, separated sexes. Now the beauty spa has closed, so I'm unsure if the locker rooms are still open for the pool and hot tub users.
Yes, they have a menu in room for you to order.
