Not a super formal place but a good many people do dress up a bit. Not a suit and tie place but on the upper end of casual.
I've attended in jeans and shirt too.
Not super formal but some people definitely dress up. Business casual is fine, business formal is also appropriate
I went straight from work in nice jeans and a cute top with a blazer. It's a nice place but didn't seem super formal.
