You can just walk in, we did so this past week with no issues
If this is the one in San Martin - come in at noon, that's when it opens. There are 5 rooms with different ages of kittens and cats. Just make sure to use hand sanitizer when you leave one room and enter in another. ♥️
When we went a couple of times recently, we just walked in and asked the nice people at the reception desk if we could take a look. And they said yes. We did not have an appointment.
