I only go about once a month but my husband and I have never had a bad experience. Do call the manager and if you don't get satisfaction call corporate.
I would contact corporate. By email and tell them what happened. They usually make it right.
That is too bad. We don't go there very often. We go to Demos' when we want to eat in Lebanon. They have good food and we always get treated great.
