Another great experience! Judging from the wait and empty tables, they must have been pretty short staffed. But we couldn't have asked for better food and service. Kudos to Kayla N for taking such good care of us.

Less than twenty minutes wait time during prime dining time. Service was perfect by the wait staff. My only complaint was that the oil probably was a bit overdue for a change. The blooming onion tasted rather burnt or dirty. My steak and lobster were cooked to perfection as usual. Sorting for the pecan chop salad. The blue cheese vinaigrette is so yummy.

I ordered a t-bone steak cooked medium well. I could not eat my steak because I was full from the appetizers and my salad. So, next day I wanted half my steak for breakfast other half for lunch. So I warmed up my steak just to find out the middle is tough to cut, one side is cooked rare, middle of the steak must be well done and the other side of the steak is medium. I am so mad at myself, I should have cut the steak there to see if it was properly prepared. I wated $36 on a steak I did not enjoy. I never been to a steak house where the cheif can not prepare steak. It was my first and last time going to Outback.

We were shocked when we saw the number of cars! They were slammed, even for a Saturday night. It was my birthday dinner and I have to say it was a wonderful experience! The food was great, well worth the wait. I'm sorry I didn't get our server's name because she was fantastic (it was her 1st day waiting tables on her own). We made sure she was well-compensated.
