When will clothing donations be accepted or is there another local agency that will accept clothing besides Goodwill/Salvation Army etc

If you have children's clothes to donate, call KAFPA association. They help foster children.

Santa Clara county reentry at 151 Mission has a clothing closet.

It may be awhile because of COVID. They're being pretty strict about hygiene and anything that comes in human contact including clothing. I would just keep calling periodically to see if they're status has changed.
