go in early and ask where does line begin. bring in ALL your bills and rental agreement. Also paystubs and bank statements. be nice and patient. remember that they are giving you money. take care and GOD bless.
The PG&E desk is on the right hand side upon entrance to the building. They took care of me up to $550 in electric bills.
Go to Sacred Heart n ask for an application, fill it out with the information needed, and turn it in.
