When you call or check their website and it shows there is the vehicle you need available and you go but it doesn't have that part you need on it, you can sign up for a tool kit card and get your hand stamped that way you're only paying $2 to get into different pick n pulls for that day. You can check their website to see if they have that vehicle. Then you have to go to the place and look at the vehicle to see if it has the parts you are looking for.
