I travel to Cambodia on Jan 16, 2022 at 11:30. I schedule COVID-test with you on Friday 11am. Will I be able to pick up my test result on Saturday sometime. that would be 48 hours test result before I leave, is that OK?

Typical return time in my experience is less then 24 hours. You should get an email/text around 10:30 pm the same day. If not same day, then 630 am the next morning after your shot.
