Has anyone else been ripped off by the waitress at Shady Lady? My bill, on 11/6/2018 was charged a 74% tip when I had only intended to give a 23% tip. That is, I wrote in a tip of $4.51 (on a bill of $19.49) and the waitress changed it to $14.51.

That's the reason it's called the Shady Lady

As far as I know, we weren't taken advantage of. Perhaps if you call up there they can refund your card. It could have been a mistake. I like to try to assume best intentions. 💁❤✌

I've always felt very well served by excellent staff.

I have a great day always at the Shadyand hsve never ever had happen what you described. My guess is it was an honest mistake especially if it's a busy night.
