Parking is free. The museum is not big but it is full of stuff. We spent about an hour there, including a video game or two.
There is no fee. It is located inside a store on the second floor. They ask for donations to help maintain the place. They also have on site alpacas and you can buy feed for 25 cents to feed to them by hand.
