My wife needs Knee surgery and would like to choose a Doctor with alternatives to TKR, someone who considers less invasive alternative surgery like PKR or MakoPlasty. Can you recommend a Doctor for us?

NEB is the best, their staff is very lovely. I don't know exactly about surgeon but they have very good Doctors and nurses staff.

I was lucky enough to have Dr. Parazin located in Chesnut Hill, NE Orthopedics. His office was the best I've ever been to.

I don't know about knee surgery but I did go to Dr Marcotte at New England Baptist Hospital for back surgery. I also saw Dr. Tandon he's a neurologist there for an EMG. I loved the hospital, the doctors and all the nurses/staff. I think you will have luck with a surgeon at this hospital, sorry I can't recommend a knee surgeon. Good luck with everything!
