Not sure why they ALWAYS get the arrival time wrong. I ve been taking this ferry to Ptown for more than 10 years and it’s NEVER 95 minutes as they claim. Trips are always 1 hr 45 min - 2 hr (from start of the trip to actual tying on the dock on arrival). Those additional 15-20 min matter though because people miss their trains and buses. Why not tell the truth about the travel time? They will now claim of course that it all depends on weather and ‘safety first’ etc etc. No one disagrees, but there is no need to misrepresent the actual travel time on your website to let people plan better. I just saw a guy trip over and fall while running to catch the train because it took 15 more min to arrive in Boston. Not cool guys.

Such great customer service! I needed help finding the correct place and stumbled upon the admin office where they happily directed me to the right place. I was happy with my round trip experience to Ptown and back. Thank you!

Took the ferry from Boston to Provincetown and it was wonderful. The interior is very comfortable with a nice bar that serves food, snacks and drinks. There are 4 different decks outside with seats and tables. It docks right in the heart of P-town. A one block walk and your in the middle of the shops and restaurants on Commercial Street. We loved the ferry and P-town and can’t wait to do it again.

Great ferry service. The ship is clean, the boat departed on time, and the staff was friendly. Who can beat a 90 minute trip to Provincetown?

The Boston Harbor Cruises leave from near the New England Aquarium but if your question is about Bay State Cruises, they leave from the Seaport District, which is a different location. The street address is on this web page. If you are taking a taxi, tell them it's Bay State Cruises in the Seaport on Seaport Boulevard. More specifically, it's Commonwealth Pier. From the street, it's next to a Dunkin Donuts and 7-Eleven. You go down next to them and there is a ticket booth where you can pick up your tickets and then walk to where the ferry is. It's a very short walk, maybe 200 feet? And, easy enough if you are in a wheelchair or have lots of luggage.
Sure - lots and lots of parking. Go to www.bestparking.com to see the thousands and thousands of parking lot spaces available within a couple hundred yards of the pier.
Hi, please check out our website for all the parking options (too many to easily discuss through this Google portal): Www.baystatecruisecompany.com/directions It’s under the “by car” heading and refers you to BestParking.com, a directory to all the many many parking lots adjoining our pier area. Thanks
