Signs are posted at the parking lot, no overnight camping, however people camp on the beach there, advise for campers, you pack it in pack it out. We want to keep our beaches clean and beautiful!

Couldn't said it better myself... except beware that the last time I camped out at the beach on Memorial day weekend I was woke up by the Cannon Beach police and asked to vacate the premises and I wasn't bothering anyone....they said it is a new city ordinance created to keep the "homeless problem" from Portland from moving to the area...
Yes if you don't litter or are intoxicated causing trouble no one will kick you out most likely 👍
