I will arrive at GSO airport at 23:40. I'm curious that I can stay up all night at GSO airport in corona situation. or should I have to get out from airport after the last flight?

I believe that is correct. You can stay in the main area of the terminal because passengers with early morning flights will be there, as will employees.

You can't stay on concourse but can stay in main terminal.
