Ok....i am beyond fed up with this company. I had a payment arrangement and paid it just for them to turn my service OFF a few hours later. So I called customer service 3 different times today and they had me on hold for 1 and a half. This basically got to STOP. I will keep making poor reviews until this company gets it together. If anyone is looking for cable or intenet service i advise u NOT to deal with Atlantic Broadband unless u and ur family wants to be highly DISAPPOINTED. "I've learned my lesson." But I will most definitely get my satisfaction. Have a great day!!!

Sorry to say...they have been getting this kind of feedback for years. They will keep a person on hold for hours and it'll take days to reach someone. The best thing to do is find the closest office they have
