I hate leaving negative reviews but I believe this warrants it. I switched from AT&T for our home internet service and bundled with TV. My TV works fine but the internet is very unstable. Constantly having to reset it have a signal to reset sent. Then if that doesn’t work then you have to call back. I called the other day and the wait time was 144 minutes. Noped right out of that one. When using my smart TV it’s better to use my iPhones hotspot feature than trying to get the Wi-Fi to connect with ABB. If you have a hotspot then don’t get locked in to ABB because my basic service for tv and internet was originally $75-80 a month and now it’s 170 a month.

Absolutely horrible. The customer service is terrible and almost impossible to get ahold of. I called and the automated machine said it would charge my account $5 to connect me to a customer service representative. My bill has doubled since I signed up.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! You cannot get a hold of a customer service rep. I have been trying to call because my bill for Internet service has gone up 2 times this year. What started out at $40 is now over $70. I have called and have been on hold for hours at a time. As I work on a project, I put my speaker phone on and listen to the on-hold music for literally over 2 hours. I called today acting as though I was signing up for additional services and they answered within 40 minutes only to transfer me to somewhere else and have been on hold for an additional 1 hour and 25 minutes (still waiting). Can't wait until there are other options in my area!!!

I was about to switch from AT&T. These people have drug their feet so long until I give up. I'm definitely not saying AT&T is any better. This fixed wireless BS just ain't. You're always buffering. These businesses just don't care about the customer now a days.

Ok....i am beyond fed up with this company. I had a payment arrangement and paid it just for them to turn my service OFF a few hours later. So I called customer service 3 different times today and they had me on hold for 1 and a half. This basically got to STOP. I will keep making poor reviews until this company gets it together. If anyone is looking for cable or intenet service i advise u NOT to deal with Atlantic Broadband unless u and ur family wants to be highly DISAPPOINTED. "I've learned my lesson." But I will most definitely get my satisfaction. Have a great day!!!

According to the workers at their store, you are not "allowed" to. I looked up the user manual online and changed mine that way. All sorts of access to parental controls and stuff that I didn't even know I had!
