How much does a unit usually cost and how much are the monthly fees.

The cost is variable, depending on used or new and model type. (Some units larger then others). I've seen prices from as low as $189k to $254k over the years. Monthly fees also vary a little depending on unit. Ours is $475, and includes taxes. Water & sewer. And trash. For more details you should contact the main office or come to an open house
