OMG just had the worst waitress experience ever. Came for brunch had to ask the server 3 times for coffee she then said she was waiting on the bar for a clean coffee mug...what? The place didn't even have many people it was 10.40am.

The WORST !!! Bread was stale and cold. THE WAIT WAS FOREVER with each dish. Soup was cool. Salads ordered looked like out of a package and the worst dressing. Chicken was tasteless. ONE waiter for the entire bar area and tables. SLOW !!!! The only good thing was the wine. We will NEVER go back. It has gotten worse as the years have gone on! It use to be my favorite place. This was 330 in the afternoon. BEWARE!! Go elsewhere!!! HONESTLY, Chick-fil-a would have been much better and less expensive. TERRIBLE ! JUST TERRIBLE!!

This isn't a question... It's a review. But i've never had that issue at macaroni grill before. You should've asked for the manager

Stick with the bar... usually have good service there
