I was stuck up on the gocartz at the end of the ride and nobody helped me so I got off and they have me a big fat X on the ice of my hand band..there should’ve been someone up there!! Bad customer experience!!!

Sometimes you have to wait a minute and your cart will start working. You not meant to get off for safety reason
