Unlimited rides for child under 5'4 is $49 with a free band for chauffeur (you can get on rides with child for free) Unlimited rides and free band for chauffeur is $59. This allows you go get on a few more rides that the $49 band does not include. You are also able to purchase individual plans for certain rides.
It's free to get in , but would need to play pass to ride cost very for what you want to do.
