They are both great. Orlando has more for the smaller children 36inches. And a roller coaster that my 3 year old loves. The freedom flyer. 36 inches to ride with an adult.
I like the one in Kissimmee better. There is more to do. It's located next to Old Town which also has lots of things to see and do.
A little bit. I prefer the orlando one. The rides are a bit different just a smaller location as well.
