I believe that there's some type of wheelchairs or scooters available for rent. The employees at the park were very accommodating & very helpful with the elderly.
Yes there are......I noticed them as we came into the park...we were were recently at Orlando Fun Spot and Kissimmee and seen them to the right as we entered the park

None that I saw. That's not to say that they don't have them available, they may have just been tucked away until somebody needs to use them. I would recommend calling them before going.
Unfortunately there isn't any that I've seen. Im not sure if they can possibly get it for you or work out something to help you. you'd probably have to ask them directly
Out of town guests can rent through kingdom strollers/ wheelchair rentals
