Does every Publix have de same cakes desings? I am looking for a trolls cake, I visited a Publix here in the shores but the desing was really plane.

Ask them..they might can put a troll design on the cake but not the copyrighted Trolls.

I believe they all have the same designs. It is a copyright issue.
