Hmm! Kind of debating because of some the reviews. But I will be in that area in the evenings for appts. Is it understaffed? And with the condiments an extra ranch or búfalo is a most for me, but I have never paid extra. My orders range16-20dllrs

I have had to wait 15 or more minutes for my order around 6:00 PM on more than one occasion. I've had faster service at other times if the day.

The staff will bring your order to you table after having given you a number. They will have a tray with extra condiments with them. Anything not on the tray they will get for you right away. Great service for a fast food place.

Your good. Service is on point. Lunch rush of course. But you will be satisfied. I was.

Not understaffed

You can never go wrong with whataburger no matter what your appetizers is for just make sure you are very hungry bc there their sandwich are pretty good size and really good too

It's always been well staffed and the service is excellent. They will bring your condiments to the table and if you desire something they don't have, will get it for you quickly and cheerfully.
