Food came out very quickly, fastest I've ever seen for a Nashville hot chicken joint. I chose Nashville for my spice level and was underwhelmed by its lack of flavor, the spice is there for the most part but that's it. The Mac and cheese and cheese grits were amazing and unfortunately carried the chicken. Great ambience and aesthetics, wish I could give 4.5 stars.

During my trip to Dallas me and multiple coaches (Shout out Gonzaga Lacrosse Team) went to Palmers for a late lunch. The staff members there were friendly. Their chicken sandwiches looked good and we all got the Motherclucker including different sides. I was extremely pleased with the quality of our meal. During the end of our meal Palmer actually came out and greeted us with a warm welcome. The meal was phenomenal and the community was better. Highly recommend going back.

This is now my 3rd visit and I’ll keep coming back. Though I have downgraded from “Nashville Hot” to “Novice” heat index wise, it still has a nice kick. The cook is always perfect in the chicken. The sides are good but the tots take the show. Do yourself a favor and add some flavor to your chicken spot!

Palmer's is probably the best Hot Chicken around. i grew up in Nashville, Tennessee in the 90's and use to eat at Prince's for weekly (at a minimum). this is as close to Prince's or Party Fowl (my favorite place in Nashville) as you can get. definitely worth driving from McKinney and have to pass other "Nashville Hot Chicken" places (read: not real Hot Chicken). staff is very friendly and patient, and the owners are super nice Tennesseans.

It's pretty good chicken. I prefer the fried over the roasted. The fried chicken is a little salty and too much vinegar in the JB Collard greens. If you like vinegar then it will be pretty good to you. My first time from eating the Mac & Cheese was great! There has been something different about it the next couple of visits.
