There are several staircases. A stroller would be difficult. A hiking pack would be alittle awkward in places, but ok. A little one would like the great hall. Room to move around and great accustics. Also the area between the castle and the ocean is fenced in.

A bag is fine, stroller has to be stored in entrance.

I could not say whether they allow strollers or not. I'm sure a bag is fine. It is really not a big place or meant for hiking either. When exploring the castle, you will not be able to easily get around with a stroller. The parking lot is close by and the castle is small. You can spend a couple hours here at most. It is not an all day hike or adventure.
