I don’t have a library card however people at my college told me that I have access to go there with my school ID and I was wondering if the printer can print in colors?

Hi, Taisha. If you're attending college in Massachusetts, you can get a library card. And we do have printers that can print in color. It's a little more expensive ($0.75/page) than b/w printing, but it's certainly available.
