Yes, use of the public library is free. However you must be busy while here. Security teams will remove anyone sleeping at a chair, desk or table. To use library computers you will need a library card, which is also free. To get a library card bring a driver's license or State ID or passport to the library information desk in the main lobby of the Johnson building by 4pm most days.
