Yes . It's residents only.. unless you walk in or after 5:pm then you can drive in FREE.. concerts in Tuesday night's kids night on Thursdays.. Fire works July 3.. and many other events
I believe there is a fee during the day... No charge during summer concerts Tuesday nights
