Yes there are some trails through the wooded areas, out to the intercoastal shore and a boardwalk with a tower with nice views
There is a boardwalk as well and a 3 story viewing tower which runs along the water (intercoastal waterway), however it's not long. You'd probably walk the length of the boardwalk in 15-20 minutes. Very lovely though.
Yes, plenty and most are paved and pet friendly.
