Love this park, adjacent to the Pinellas Trail, Seminole Shopping center, many, many restaurants! 4 years here and still loving it! Everything you desire is in this area. And my favorite thing, Madeira Beach, John’s Pass, we ride our bikes there, have lunch and soak up the sun! ❤️

Quiet, just enough breeze in the evenings, no barking dogs, loud residents or traffic. A very few homes are rundown looking but just a few unkept yards and properties. Streets clean and easy to follow. Close to bike path, drive to beach and chain restaurants.
We have a 37 ft 5th wheel .If we buy a lot could we stay in it until we find a home?

Try Realtor.com under mobile homes for sale. There usually only one for sale at a time, small park. One of the few where you buy the lot and home together in Pinellas County.
