What time is this facility staffed during the week/weekend? I've called multiple times this week with no one answering the phone. I understand that the facility is not staffed 24/7 but I can't find their "working hours" anywhere.

The office hours are 9 to 7 Monday thru Friday and 9 to 4 on Saturday

No one is there on weekends. During the week from 10 to 5. Not a bad place since I can go whenever.
