They have a good gluten free menu. But they let me in. I guess it depends on the nut.

Esther has the right idea: if it's a severe allergy, go during non-peak times and speak with the manager first. I don't think many (if any) dishes include nuts and I'm pretty sure they only use olive oil (vs peanut, safflower, etc), but if you're particularly sensitive to the point where food cooked in a shared environment with nuts could be problematic, you should definitely discuss your options with management. They're very polite and professional here, so I'm sure they'll do their best to accommodate you unless you have an extremely sensitive and severe allergy, in which case I expect they'd politely suggest not taking the risk.
They have been careful with my family's (non-nut) food restrictions. I suggest going at non-peak times & talking to the manager straight away if the nut allergy is life-or-death anaphylaxis.
I have no doubt that they can accommodate you. Most places around here do as a matter of policy
