For 8 months I've been trying to get a bedroom set. The Woonsocket store closed and I have to deal with Pawtucket. I just paid over 3000 for my sofa and went threw the same run around. Everytime I chose one they didn't have it or whatever the daily excuse was. Just had major back surgery. My washer broke down 6 months ago. I finally get an answer on a stackable. So just having the stuches out, I cleared the kitchen to have it come in. She told me last Thursday it would be here today. 7 days later. I called this morning, oh it's coming in the afternoon. Called again, oh we couldn't find the part that goes to it, and she LAUGHED!!! I wasn't supposed to move anything and I'm looking now and my parlor is a mess so now I have to move it back and I'm tearing the incision!! Loads of laundry I was waiting for the washer and dryer so now I gotta do it in the tub!!! It hurts so bad!!! Everything I own belonged to Arron's!! Been going to Arron's for over 40 years!!! But Pawtucket??? They treat me sooo poorly, why ?? Discrimination?!!!!!!!! Attention Corporate!!!!!!!!

Aarons store is ok but they suppose to call Me back about renting a furniture for My home but Kimberly never called m Back then I decided to not bother. Wish they should of call me back Instead of letting me wait so long For nothing. This store need some New staffs that have experience Know how treat customers Right and make customer happy Not to have someone work at Store doesn't know what to do. I know store has issues with me But should at least called me Back tell what going on about Me renting a furniture. At least Mary should of call me about me renting .
